Our goal is to have each of our Twisted Spiders adopted into a happy home once the sale is completed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Twisted Spiders sold in the online store. All sales are final. Twisted Spiders is a family owned business offering high quality work and distinction. We ask that our customers be informed buyers and read product listings, business terms and conditions, and policies prior to making any purchases. All online Twisted Spiders inventory is made to order. We require 2-14 business days to process, make, and ship out your online order. 1. Customers are responsible for reading our website Terms and Conditions and the item descriptions for each Twisted Spiders listings prior to completing purchase.
2. Each Twisted Spider has its own size dimensions (i.e. small, medium, large, extra large) as is established by the owners of the business. We ask that customers read each listing carefully and make an informed decision about purchasing a size prior to completing purchase. All sales are final, no refunds.
3. Customers are encouraged to contact our company if more clarity is needed on items listed in the online store prior to completing purchase.

Photos: Our photos represent the style spider using the particular beads shown in the photo. Due to the uniqueness of individual beads, the finished spider you receive may vary slightly compared to the photo. Spiders indicated in the listing as "One of a Kind" will have photos of the exact spider that you will receive. Customers are responsible for reading the item descriptions and contacting Twisted Spiders with questions prior to completing purchase. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

If customer’s USPS mail package claims to be delivered by USPS but it did not physically arrive to customer’s address, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS and initiating a claim and communicating with their local post office on finding their missing mail. Twisted Spiders is NOT responsible for USPS’s mishandling of packages shipped to customer. Twisted Spiders is not responsible for missing mail that a customer’s local mail authorities mishandled. Twisted Spiders will not give refunds or exchanges, no exceptions.https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. We understand that mistakes happen and USPS provides the insurance and customers have the right to file claims for missing packages.
We combine shipping/handling fees and ship in the United States via USPS Priority Mail $9.65 rate unless otherwise advertised. Orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 2-14 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
International shipping rates are estimated at $25.00 to ship to Canada and must be correctly selected at checkout.

Payment: We currently accept and process payments via PayPal and Square at customer checkout. Payment is due at time of purchase or items will remain available for purchase. If you do not have to have a PayPal or Square account and may checkout as a guest and use a credit or debit card. **Customers are responsible for reading the item descriptions for each Twisted Spiders listing prior to completing purchase. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges or exceptions. In the event your package goes missing or is mis-delivered Twisted Spiders is not liable for USPS's mistake.
We encourage customers to contact their local Post Office and speak with the postmaster in the event your shipment goes missing and file a claim. International Shipping: We currently offer $35.00 International non-trackable mail and $25.00 to Canada. Depending on the size of the order shipping rates can vary for larger orders. Note: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports. Lost USPS Shipments:
If a customer’s USPS mail package claims to be delivered by USPS in their tracking system but did not physically arrive to customer’s address, customer is responsible for contacting USPS as soon as they are aware its missing and initiating a claim and communicating with their local post office regarding their missing/misdelivered mail. Twisted Spiders is NOT responsible for USPS’s mishandling of packages sent to customer or liable for refunds or replacements. We strongly encourage customers to contact local postmaster for assistance and location of missing or damaged package. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
