We currently accept and process payments via PayPal and Square at customer checkout. Payment is due at time of purchase or items will remain available for purchase. We combine shipping/handling fees and ship via USPS Priority Mail $8.50 unless otherwise advertised. All our products are handmade and use high-quality components. We process and ship orders within 7 business days of receiving order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Depending on the size of your order you will be notified if we require more time to process. Twisted Spiders come safely packaged in their own individual container with packing paper to ensure that you receive an undamaged item. We currently offer $25 International Shipping plus $3.00 for each additional item ordered. Depending on the size of the order shipping rates can vary for larger orders. Note: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports. Our photos represent the style spider using the particular beads shown in the photo. Due to the uniqueness of individual beads, the finished spider you receive may vary slightly compared to the photo. Spiders indicated in the listing as "One of a Kind" will have photos of the exact spider that you will receive. Customers are responsible for reading the item descriptions and contacting Twisted Spiders with questions prior to completing purchase. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Earrings: *Please Note: The earrings upgrade is available on select "small-sized" Twisted Spiders. Prices for earrings option are set for each listing. Instructions: Click the "Finish As" drop-down menu, Select "Earrings", Select Qty 1., and Click "Add to Cart".
This will automatically add the charge to your balance and which will indicate that you will receive two identical small Twisted Spiders finished as earrings.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Our goal is to have each of our Twisted Spiders adopted into a happy home once the sale is completed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Twisted Spiders sold in the online store. All sales are final. Twisted Spiders is a family owned business offering high quality work and distinction. We ask that our customers be informed buyers and read product listings, business terms and conditions, and business policies prior to making any purchases. Please contact Twisted Spiders if you have questions regarding the following store policies.
1. Customers are responsible for reading the item descriptions for each Twisted Spiders listings prior to completing purchase.
